TERRACES BEVERAGE OPTIONS
Terraces Restaurant & Terrace Suite
CASH BAR SERVICE
Each guest will be responsible for purchasing his or her own beverages. If they wish, they may run a tab for the evening to be paidfor at the end of the evening by offering a credit card to the server for each tab run.
BEVERAGES ON CONSUMPTION BASIS
You may arrange for the servers to provide beverage service to your guests throughout the evening, keeping a running account of all drinks ordered. At the completion of the event, your captain will present the final beverage check to your spokesperson for payment. Please advise us if you wish to limit service, for example offering beer and wine only, or place a “cap” or total dollar figure on the amount you would like to spend.
DRINK TICKETS
You may supply your guests with drink tickets to control the amount of beverages consumed. A running tab will be kept of the items ordered by your ticket-holders for presentation at the end of the evening. We request a credit card number in advance to secure the issued tickets.
PREMIUM OPEN BAR SERVICE
4 hours – $27.87 per person ($35.95 inclusive of tax & gratuity) Service of premium liquors, mixers, tonics, juices, sodas, sparkling and settled mineral waters, imported and domestic beers, chilled white wine, and red wine. Please note cordials, cognacs, single-malts, and ports are excluded.
WINE SERVICE
A vast array of fine vintage wines is available by the bottle for service to your guests. Please consult our wine list for selections.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
At the completion of the event we accept cash, credit card, or a company check as a means of payment. Final beverage total will include New Jersey state sales tax and gratuity. |

Individual Reservations are taken on a first come first, serve basis. Reservations for any given month are accepted on the first day of the prior month. For example, all dinner reservations for the month of June are accepted starting on May 1st.
