STORMY HARLEY REIGNS IN FIFTH RACE
East Rutherford, N.J - Stormy Harley cleared the lead in the final furlong and held off all challengers to take the $26,000 fifth race allowance on Tuesday night at the Meadowlands.
 
Ridden by Joe Bravo, Stormy Harley dueled early with Storm A Long Bay and put away that one to post a length and a half victory. She covered the six furlongs in 1:09.4 on a sloppy track. Stormy Harley returned $4.00, 3.40, 3.20. She Whistled launched a late bid for second and completed an exacta worth $40.40. Storm A Long Bay faded to third.
 
A three-year-old filly by Harlan, Stormy Harley notched her third win in seven starts this season for trainer/owner Steven Klesaris, and Marcia and P. Cohen.
