Located on the Penthouse Level,the Pegasus West Dining Room features elegant a la carte dining. Featuring a stunning interior of leather, marble and brass, two bars, floor to ceiling glass windows and live and simulcast racing displayed on hundred of monitors located within the sight of every seat. The entire Pegasus Restaurant may be reserved for groups of 800-1300 guests, or you may reserve one of our large dining rooms exclusive for a minimum of 400 guests. We offer private rooms for smaller groups as well. Whatever the size of your group, you will enjoy fine dining and VIP treatment.

Cash Bar Service
Each guest will be responsible for purchasing his or her own beverages. If they wish, they may run a tab at the table to be paid for at the end of the evening. A credit card will be taken by the server at the beginning of the event for such bills. Please note that cash
beverage arrangements are not available in the President’s Room.
Beverage service will be provided for your guests throughout the evening. A running account of all drinks ordered will be kept. At the completion of the event, your captain will present the final beverage check to your spokesperson for payment. Please advise us if you wish to limit service, for example offering beer and wine only, or placing a “cap”, for the total dollar figure on the amount you would like to spend.
Drink Tickets
You may supply your guests with drink tickets to control the amount of beverages consumed. A running tab will be kept of the items ordered by your ticket holders for presentation at the end of the evening. No drinks will be placed on your tab without a ticket. We request a credit card number in advance to secure the issued tickets.

Payment Information
At the completion of the event we accept cash, credit card, or a company check as a means of payment. Final billed beverage total will include New Jersey state sales tax and gratuity. Note that only Premium Open Bar Service Plan and preordered bottled wines are payable in advance.

Individual Reservations are taken on a first come first, serve basis. Reservations for any given month are accepted on the first day of the prior month. For example, all dinner reservations for the month of June are accepted starting on May 1st.
