Odds: 4-1

($291,722 – 1:50)

J. Morril Jr. / D. Menary

D. Menary, B. Gray, M. Guerriero

Two year old champion was untested in New York as he dominated the NY Sire Stakes. Incredibly talented and incredibly fast. A World Champion at 2. Smaller horse will have to prove it against open stakes company.

2

JK Endofanera (2)

Odds: 9-2

($371,850 – 1:51.4)

B. Sears / R. Burke

3 Brothers Stable

Did not miss the exacta in 7 starts last year. Wrapped up his season impressively with a win in The Governor’s Cup. He paced in 1:51.4 on a cold night that evening. Qualified on 4/12 at The Meadowlands in 1:53.2.

3

Luck Be Withyou (3)

Odds: 5-1

($359,417 – 1:50)

R. Pierce / C. Oakes

J. Craig

The Breeders Crown winner really blossomed at Pocono and raced back to the talent he showed early in the season. He was 2nd in his Metro Elimination and won a Champlain Division.

4

Western Vintage (4)

Odds: 6-1

($316,838 – 1:49.4)

Y. Gingras / N. Johansson

P. Soderberg, M. Katz

Clearly the cream of the crop in New Jersey as he dominated the NJ Sire Stakes. He also won his Metro Elimination and was 2nd in The Final. He paced in 1:49.4 at Lexington, showcasing his raw speed and ability.

5

Boomboom Ballykeel (5)

Odds: 6-1

($370,828 – 1:50.4)

S. Filion ./ R. Moreau

Ballykeel Racing

The Metro Winner from one year ago. That race had some serious bumping in the stretch as well. Raced entirely in Canada and that will likely be his path to The Meadowlands as well.

6

Somestar Somewhere (6)

Odds: 8-1

($137,137 - :1:49.2)

Y. Gingras / R. Burke

Burke Racing Stb, Weaver Bruscemi, LLC, M. Yanek, L. Karr

Showed his talent early in the year and carried it with him to Lexington where he put up a monster mile. He won his Breeders Crown Elimination and was 3rd in The Final. Burke via twitter, said he couldn’t be happier with him and is ready to qualify.

7

Allstar Partner (7)

Odds: 10-1

($282,454 – 1:51.4)

C. Callahan / J. Butenschoen

VIP Internet Stb, M. Foti

Went 7 for 10 as a 2 year old. He is the Pennsylvania Sire Stakes Champion. Owns victories over Somestar Somewhere and So Surreal. The first on this list to qualify in 2014 pacing at Southern Oaks in1:55.3. Followed up by a 3rd place effort in a Southern Oaks qualifier in 1:52.3.

8

Sometimes Said (8)

Odds: 12-1

($291,611 – 1:52.4)

J. Campbell/ J. Campbell

Fashion Farms LLC

Only 1 win last year, but only missed the board once. Was a runner-up in both his Breeders Crown Elim and The Final. Has been facing and racing well with many of these. Has some upside going forward.

9

Bugger Bruiser (9)

Odds: 12-1

($219,494 – 1:50.3)

A. MacDonald / C. Auciello

Denarben Stables, R. Auciello

Won nearly half of his starts including the Ontario Sire Stakes Super Final. Seemed to blossom when he moved to the Auciello barn. Report is he hasn’t grown much but has been in 2:10 and is close to qualifying.

10

Always B Miki (NR)

Odds: 15-1

($140,884 – 1:51)

C. Callahan / J. Holloway

Bluewood Stable, Val D’Or Farms, Roll The Dice Stables

Looks like a different horse after making his three year old debut. Raced O.K. on the Indiana Sire Stakes last year, but showed an electric turn of foot in his 2014 debut. Very interesting prospect into the top 10.
