banquet room, with live and simulcast racing displayed on monitors
located within sight of every seat provides a private and sophisticated
setting for parties, dinner or business meetings, with a dazzling
array of culinary delights. Whatever the size of your group, you
will enjoy the same fine dining and VIP treatment found in the Pegasus

The HAMBLETONIAN ROOM DINNER BUFFET features an American Bounty Harvest Buffet that is a delight for both the palate and the eye. An extensive buffet of fresh salads, appetizers, varied hot entrees including carving and pasta stations and a dessert table.
