8-Tropical Storm – Go back to his second by a nose with a late surge @ Pocono on 6-19, 1:56.1 winner here this season gets Campbell & fits classwise

6-Flying Isa N – New Zealand bred 8YO trotter flew home to a new mark of 1:53.2, switches to John Calabrese, who has handled himself well with trotters like Keenan & Carnegie

9-It Really Matters – Fresh off an aggressive, well-rated score @ Pocono, reunited with Tetrick & matches up well with these

1-Boston Red Rocks – Was forced into an ill-fated first over grind in the Meadowlands Pace, 2015 Dan Patch Award winner due to make a firm statement with this prime opportunity

3-Ideal Rocky – Upset Boston Red Rocks in the freshman sires stakes final, a close third in the 2016 edition, yet struggled this season, added Lasix to qualify with good energy & may surprise

5-Don’tcallmefrancis – Burke trainee finished a decent fourth in the sires stakes final, knocking on the door in his last two, chased older foes from post eight last week, gelding has stalk n pop potential

5-Thankful Reward – Tony Alagna-trained filly seemed to be edging in the right direction in her last two, 1:53.4 winner at two may have found an ideal spot

8-Glad All Over – Lightly-raced Ross Croghan-tuned filly got on a three-race form spree before making a miscue last out, take note of her win from post nine on 6-24

7-Make Or Miss – Valley Victory winner in a deadheat at two struggling to find his true form this season for Team Burke, another nice qualifier on 7-9, stayed flat in the Dancer & finds a softer field

1-R J P – Fourth foal out of multiple Big M series winning Vysoke Tatry, 1:51.2 [$641,837], sharp closing efforts in three of four, twice hit the board in PASS & lands the pole

2-Northwest Yankee – Gelding is the second foal out of a 1:50.4 performer, has clearly picked up his game in his last two in PA, draws inside to work out a trip

10-Captain Velocity – First foal out of a $254,373 winner, second dam is Breeders Crown champion Extreme Velocity, 1:50.3 [$856,070], baby races were excellent, yet tackles an outside assignment

11-Southwind Frank – Hambletonian favorite has had smooth sailing, draws the second tier for his final prep, Burke noted he wasn’t thrilled with his Dancer win, had tinkered with his bridle to calm him down & was now intent on going the other way

2-Southwind Flash – The other Burke trainee in here has had his moments recently, a close third on 6-24, runner up to a strong winner last out & draws well, first foal out of a 1:52.2 performer who earned $557,907

6-Cufflink Hanover – Crawford Farms-owned gelding has been very consistent, in the money nine of 11 this season, reunited with The Buckeye & figures to be on or near the lead

5-Caprice Hill – 2015 O’Brien Award winner was freshened by Alagna with a month off & came roaring back to gain revenge on Zweig upsetter Flowers N Songs, now draws inside that rival in very competitive elimination

10-Flowers N Songs – Added Gingras & rallied to upset Women’s Will in the Zweig, stormed home to shock Caprice Hill back on 5-28, talented filly a major threat in her Big M debut despite post ten

7-Woman’s Will – Consistent filly for Team Orange Crush attacked prematurely & got surprised by Flowers N Songs in the Zweig, rated the pace for a Dancer deadheat with Unica Steed before that

7-Miss Tezsla – Not exactly a Takter sleeper, but this filly has been gradually coming to hand, was pace compromised & flashed a stronger late lunge in :27 flat to hit the board in her Del Miller split, worth a swing if the pace is hot

5-All The Time – Gives Jimmy Takter a serious shot at his sixth oaks & three in a row, Breeders Crown champion got her own way & was barely outsprinted by the trip-sitting Broadway Donna, she may be a bit better from just off the pace

8-Broadway Donna – 2015 Dan Patch Award winner launched & surged past the heavy favorite All The Time in the Del Miller to take a new mark, last year’s Jim Doherty winner is just warming up, yet post eight is a challenge

6-Starsky’s Dream N – Took a mark of 1:51.1 here this season, shows two tighteners @ Harrah’s Philadelphia where he was tackling a bit tougher & reunited with Tetrick

9-Mcardles Lightning – Was right there in the photo in front of Starsky’s Dream two starts back, then chased a wicked 1:48.4 Mel Mara, knows his way around this track & class relief offsets his tough post

3-Art History – Things haven’t gone his way recently for the other Steve Elliott trainee in here, road trouble on 7-9, pressured pace on 7-16, parked & scorched last week, gets another prime chance to show his class & liking for this oval

2-Firstclassalltheway – Burke trainee was driven perfectly by Gingras & just missed to the classy Dial Or Nodial, who stole the race, draws better for his third try off the bench & has a big chance to turn the tables

5-Dial Or Nodial – Classy 10YO cycled forward, dropped to the bottom rung & took full advantage with a well-rated effort, has to fight off the Burke trainee again

6-Moonlight Ransom – Another one who has capitalized on the class relief, was able to waltz along up front & dominate his division, big threat to repeat

4-El Bloombito – Seemed to be sitting on a big one last week, exploded home a neck shy of a trip-sitting Bettor Rock On N, continues to ramp up his game from a better post

1-Hope For Badlands – Somehow caught out of position from post three chasing True Blue Hall last out, note the parked out narrow loss in :26.2 back on 6-4, can push off from the rail

2-Paparazzi Hanover – Tough to gauge this Team Burke shipper, wasn’t cutting it against NW of 7 @ Pocono, gets class & post relief, just one for 16 this season, mixed feelings

1-Mister Truth – Just one for 20 this season, but you simply can’t ignore his recent form with mighty surges of :26.2 two starts back & split late in :27.1 last week, his back class starting to resurface

6-Dune Dude – May have turned a corner with that improved second in :27.3 @ Yonkers last out, gets further class relief & finds a camera-shy bunch

3-Yacht King – Got parked into a demanding pace & only lost by two lengths fresh off the Michael Russo claim, draws well again to rebound in a wide open field

3-Gotti – Has live longshot written all over him, flashed a tad of sneaky late pace in his much-needed Big M debut for a new barn, only one for 34, but gets another inside post & has a chance to stalk n surprise this crew

4-Spicebomb – Gutsy gelding came right back off the hard-fought career best of 1:51.2 with a game grind & close second last week & draws well again

8-Jann And Dean – Beaten favorite had everything go his way & fell a buck shy last week, note the :25.4 in his previous qualifier chasing American Passport, second try off the bench in a so-so field

7-Windsong Gorgeous – Classy & gutsy 9YO showed more vigor in his second qualifier, flashed late pace in his 2016 debut & beat these on memory alone

6-Woodmere Ultimate – Has a few :26.4s on view here, returns to the mile track, drops to the bottom rung & may offer a nice price

1-Twincreeks Jesse – Added Lasix & finished with much more energy, needed to acclimate, remains at this bottom level & moves inside
