Rollwithitharry captured the first of two New Jersey Sire Stakes divisions for 3-year-old colt pacers Saturday night at Meadowlands Racetrack.

Rollwithitharry and winning driver Dan Dube pulled away in the stretch, pacing to a 1:50.4 victory for a purse of $26,000 in the first leg of the NJSS. The son of Rocknroll Hanover-Queen Otra was a Grand Circuit Stakes winner at two. After a slow start to his 3-year-old season, Rollwithitharry has shown steady improvement. He has won three of his last four starts for owners Chrsitina E. Takter, John D. and Jim H. Fielding and Louie J. Camara. Rollwithitharry is eligible to compete on the greatest night of harness racing in the $1 million Meadowlands Pace on July 16, 2011.

"After everyone was all set up and I just took to the front and it was all over," said Dube. "The horse is really sharp right now; he’s a very good horse. He seems to be getting better and better and right now you never know- if you get the right trip [in the Meadowlands Pace] anything could happen."

The Jimmy Takter trainee paid $2.20 to win. Runner-up Doin Time Together finished 2 ½ lengths back in second while Rock To Glory was third.

Unleashing a late rally, Driver Mike Lachance guided Best Man Hanover to win the second NJSS division for $25,500. After chasing down Shadyshark Hanover in the final strides, he posted a winning time of 1:51.2. High Noon rallied for second, while Shadyshark faded to third. James Eaton trains the colt by Western Ideal out of Best Not Tell for owners Sawgrass Farms LLC of Lockport, IL. He returned $17.00 to win.
