Pacing Fillies

  1. Sweet Charity (Art Major - NY)
    • She followed up her impressive win at Pocono with an even more impressive try today at The Meadowlands. Adam Lambert has some really good stock.
  2. Cut A Deal (Rocknroll Hanover - NJ)
    • She really stepped up with a big effort this morning making two moves and pulling clear in the stretch with a 27.3 final quarter.
  3. Hay Stacked (Art Major - NY)
    • Still liked her effort from last week and although she was idle today, she is one of the better pacing fillies we have seen so far.
  4. I Need Hotstuff (Rocknroll Hanover - NJ)
    • Love the improvement she showed from her first to second start. She made two moves today and finished willingly in 27.3.
  5. Bolt Of Thunder (Rocknroll Hanover - NJ)
    • Really like the late pace this filly showed today and she showed good improvement from her first to second start. Remmen filly will only get better.
  6. My Lady Day (Western Ideal - NJ)
    •  She was a sharp winner last week in 1:56.3 and finished a very good 3rd in what I feel is the best 2YO filly pace of the year so far behind Sweet Charity
  7. Valentina De Vie (Bettor's Delight - NY)
    • I liked her speed effort last time out and that is certainly a strong race she is coming out of. Feel there is plenty of upside with her.
  8. Witch Dali (Dali - IN)
    • I know she got tired today but that was a very tough field as it turns out and I don't mind the speed she showed. She will be better off a helmet.
  9. Instant Respect (Art Major - NY)
    • She is coming along nicely for Takter and while she hasn't been explosive yet, I think there is clearly more in the tank here.
  10. Ravinia Hanover (Bettor's Delight - NY)
    • Was a very good 2nd behind My Lady Day last week and has a foundation she can build upon going forward.
