Race 1

8-Luckycharm Hanover – finished sixth in last year’s Hambletonian & was Grand Circuit winner at three, gets another class drop after a needed start

9-Marcus Bi – Horse & Groom division winner has now had two starts get tighter, yet still needs the right pace & trip scenario

4-Proud Moment – a Meadowlands horse-for-the-course bounced back with a very strong qualifier, draws well in a light field & reunited with Bionic Man

Race 2

9-Brandon’s Colt – has taken a recent slide down the class ladder, showed some life, got parked & didn’t lose much ground last time, picks of Gingras

6-Palm Beach Boy – you can go back to his game second to a heavy favorite back on June 2, has Lasix now & switches to Brian Sears

2-Ala Carte Bill – the move inside could put him in a stalking role & give him a chance to save ground & surprise this bunch late

Race 3

1-Little Brown Fox – following his stunning 1:51.2 Dancer division he was committed to the lead & got stung three-wide over an off track, has the class to rebound & heads a strong entry

3-Banker Volo – after getting locked in behind Uncle Peter he gave up too readily in his Hambletonian elimination, chance to rebound with more conservative handling

2A-From Above – was such a promising 2yo winning on the Grand Circuit, now gets an interesting barn change to Schnittker & switches to Tetrick

Race 4

10-Persuasive Hanover – forced three-wide to avoid a breaker to clear the lead, took on some late pressure & was nailed in the final steps in the slop, twice beaten favorite with only four starts can atone

1-Odds On Guinevere – was knocking on the door here & broke through with an ideal trip at Harrah’s Philadelphia, lands inside a light NW of 2 field here

5-Jinxy’s Delight – made a serious bid first time Lasix & faded to fourth behind Persuasive Hanover at 65-1, factors in here at a lower price

Race 5

7-Lanson – the class plummet from the Invitational is too much to ignore, this is a competitive field which figures to provide enough pace

8-Chaplin Hall – beaten favorite at Tioga almost got there from a tough spot, thundered home with a lifetime best here before that

5-Aisling – exploited a class drop n pop scenario to the max & the 8yo posted a career best, can build on the confidence booster

Race 6

9-Cedar Dove – 2011 Dan Patch Award winner has maintained her consistency this season, overcame a tough trip in the slop last week

7-China Pearls – decisive winner in a career best round one, then scratched sick off that sparkling Big M debut, marquee match-up with Cedar Dove

1-Lady Andover – was bumped around the first turn & finished well to hit the board behind Cedar Dove, a prime opportunist from the rail

Race 7

6-Rockweiller – finished well in :27.2 right behind Relentless Dreamer, this Burke trainee seems to be coming back around

2-Social Network – tried qualifying for the NJ Classic, takes a class plunge & finds an ideal spot to stalk n pop

3-Relentless Dreamer – drops out of a tougher nonwinners of 3 where he perked up with a solid second & draws the same inside post

Race 8

9-Sniper Seelster – drops in for a claiming tag, adds Brian Sears, shows a recent 1:52 win & faces a field of question marks

7-Veal Marsala – had a great trip, but was blitzed by a fired up 1:50.3 winner in Ideal Matters, still paced home in a strong :27 over an off track

4-Lemon Drop Hall – overcame a tough trip from post 10 in the slop to finish a solid second, fresh claim draws better

Race 9

2-Dry Gulch – conjured up some of his back class with a slick score in the slop last week & lands inside again

9-Art’s Jimmy Ray – drops back to a winning level, has the winning habit, reunited with Ron Pierce & can an outside post

8-Trouble Hanover – comes off a well meant score with speed at both ends in the slop, threat to repeat despite the tougher post

Race 10

4-Run On Luck – has burned some chalk players over in the Yonkers Open, drops for a claiming tag here & this veteran appears to have too much class for these

9-Rub Thing – draws outside again off a series of tough trips, flew home in :26.3 last week, just needs some luck to get there

8-Dragon Princess – withdrawn from last Sunday’s sale, shows a recent upset from the rail & remains in strong form

Race 11

3-Blade Runner – has improved in his last two, just missed when well supported in a similarly soft spot last out

2-Best Life – 10yo trounced these on June 23 in a lifetime best 1:52.3, throw out the sloppy track mile last time

4-Mister Barnett N – was used pretty hard to get the lead from post 10 in the slop, figures to be the one to knock off again
