RACE 1

2-Muscerene – Lightly-raced Muscle Hill colt, second foal out of Trond’s 1:51.4 performer Queen Serene , flashed sharp speed from post eight in only his second start, draws inside with Brian Sears listed on the proof

5-Scacco Matto – Only 1 for 16, but bounced back with a strong surge for second in a similarly weak N/W of 2 last week, moves inside to a cozy midpack post for Pierce

9-Vanity Matters – Explosive Matter filly just 1 for 15, yet perked up in her last start with a perfect two-hole ride at Pocono Downs, post nine here complicates matters

RACE 2

6-American Crossroad – Another exquisitely bred Brittany Farms bred colt out of a sister to 1:47.4 performer & near $600,000 winner Art Professor, made excellent moves in both baby races for Tony Alagna

4-Rockin Jimmy – Son of 2010 Pace elimination & $900,000 winner Rockin Image caught fire & aired it out in his latest qualifier at Pocono Downs for The Terminator

8-Vegas Rocks – Out of a sister to millionaire Stonebridge Kisses showed stark improvement in his second betting race, closing into a :55.2 back half

RACE 3

3-Chinese Cuisine – Converted perfect Pierce piloting into a career best of 1:54.3 on 6-20, then raced well against slightly better without a top driver, The Miracle Man is back in the bike & the draw is kind

5-Jersey Boy – Shows a narrow loss two starts back in PA, then clearly overmatched, Gingras-owned gelding returns here at the bottom C-2 level

1-Cashahallic – Just missed a mild upset fresh off the bench on 5-23, bounced back off a miscue with a confidence-boosting wire job at Scioto Downs, serious threat lands the pole

RACE 4

10-It Was Fascination – Tony Alagna-trained filly stepped up her game with a solid second in a Lynch consolation, draws outside, yet seems to outclass most of this field

4-Atsallrite Hanover – Stormed home from far back to win a division of NJSS in a sparkling 1:51.4 in only her second career start, half sister to Apprentice Hanover obviously has talent & Team Burke can fine tune her

3-Highland Rockstar – Picked up checks in all three NJSS races, freshened up & qualified okay in N Y, just 1 for 14, but returns in soft N/W of 2

RACE 5

6-Mojarra Hanover – Toss out her last few as she was simply overmatched, drops back to a winning C-2 level where she can assert herself again

4-Cheyenne Miriam – Holds an overwhelming class edge, yet went offstride on her own after a quick start from post ten, beaten favorite has a big chance to atone from an improved post, but still looms a severe underlay

7-Upfrontwhosurlady – 0 for 16 this season, but improved a tad at Tioga Downs & since the addition of Lasix, reunited with The Bionic Man & returns here in a wide-open field

RACE 6

4-Scandalous Hanover – Looks to rebound off a disappointing seventh in her second start off the bench, drops dangerously for Casie Coleman & has too much back class to ignore & goes back to The Buckeye

5-JK Letitgo – Still recall how she won her first seven starts this season & won the Artistic Vision Final for her new connections, this is enough of a class drop for her to make an aggressive attempt

6-Swinging Beauty – Classy mare closing in on $900,000 recaptured her winning form in PA, too far back in most recent here, look for this Burke trainee to blast off

RACE 7

9-Social Scene – NYSS champion last year has regained form in her last two for Casie Coleman, just missed with a tailor made trip last week & actually gets a bit of class relief

6-Carolsideal – Amazing how she seems to struggle home in :28 and change, then suddenly conjures up a :26.2 to upset the Cathedra Dot Com at 14-1, no chance from post ten last week in :26

3-UF Dragon’s Queen – Took no prisoners in a wire-to-wire blowout from post seven when dropped to the bottom C-2 level, look for more speed with a better draw despite the bump up to C-1

RACE 8

2-Nitro Nittany – Has only missed the board once in seven tries this season, has won a PASS event & thrived in the Stallion Series, draws well off a strong second in the PA All Stars at Pocono & faces a camera shy bunch

3-Zuppa Inglese – Has been knocking on the door for team burke, just missed despite a tough trip as the heavy favorite in PA & draws inside a field ripe for taking

6-Mac Bad Boy – Steady veteran ships back from PA & his form has cycled in the right direction, solid speed last out & looking to improve his 1 for 12 record this season & lands in vulnerable field

RACE 9

3-Elleofnxample – Stepped up a bit too high after reignited her form in PA & lowered her mark to 1:51.4 in the process, plummets into a gift C2, draws inside & reunited with Pierce

5-Full Explosion – Saved ground, angled sharply & swooped them into strong headwinds, looks to follow up on that career best with another stalking try

6-Aria J – Left alertly from post nine, tracked a confident winner & was merely outpaced, takes another shot at the bottom C-2 level with some back class on view

RACE 10

6-I’m Banksy – Blitzed by a sizzling 1:50 last out from post nine, steadily closing with sharp final quarters, big chance to rally past these with the right set up

5-Gallant Seelster – Gets the call here pretty much by default, no chance from post ten last out in :26.4, sharp moves before that at the C-1 level & drops into a blank C-2

3-Senor Grande – Too far back from post eight last time, pace compromised before that, stormed home a solid second on 6-14, improved post may snap the 2014 losing skid

RACE 11

6-Appomattox – Trotted home in a sharp :26.4 in his first start off the bench, second start for his new barn will likely be a more aggressive effort

8-Not Afraid – Classy Takter trainee followed up a mild upset here on 6-6 with a down-the-road career best 1:51.4 at Pocono Downs on 6-14, forgive the rare miscue last out

7-Bambino Glide – Got hung out to dry in the Hambletonian Maturity, nosed out before that, gave way to Not Afraid on 6-6, speedy & talented gelding has a chance to rebound

RACE 12

7-Dash For The Cash – Rallied from a tough spot to hit the board two starts back in the Flower Child Final, switches to Tetrick with a chance to snap his 0 for 18 this season

6-Lola De Vie – NYSS standout last year banked well over $300,000 in 2014, beat these with a career best 1:54.2 on 5-30, vigorous effort in the slop last time in NY, finds a suspect field back here

2-Helios – Bounced back off consecutive breaks with a hard-working fourth, Flower Child division winner draws inside again & always capable on his best day

RACE 13

4-The X Horse – Had no chance chasing the dominant C-2 Dash For The “C” Notes winner Big Jer last time, twice hit the board in this class last month, finds an ideal spot to break through

1-Shane Hall – Almost made a perfect second over trip pay off two starts back, toss out his latest from post ten, moves inside a field begging to be beaten

6-Bell’s Panacea – Has tackled tougher in PA & dealt with off tracks in his last two, capable of tactical speed & rates contender by default
