6-The Baker’s Choice – 4YO gelding recently switched to Mike Simons, stayed flat & tripped out to win his latest qualifier over Pink Pistol, any semblance of that mile crushes these

7-Curfew – Controlled the pace to go wire-to-wire on 1-29 before a miscue last week, Team Burke gelding has some upside & can rebound

5-Pink Pistol – Promising Cantab Hall filly qualified a solid second in :27.4 behind The Baker’s Choice in her second qualifier & can work out a stalking trip from a midpack post

4-Cash Cab – Classy 11YO has now had two needed tighteners, finished well on the end of both miles & draws an improved post

6-Arockin Hanover – Completely owned these $10,000 claimers with two straight romps recently & drops back down into a pretty competitive field

9-Avenue Hanover – Overcame a tough trip to rally past for the huge upset last week, can set up another winning surge with an ample speed target here

4-Only In My Dreams – Flashed some positive speed in his second start off the bench, no chance from post nine last out, draws well on the verge

5-Downundermatter – Gelding has hit the board in his last two, decent finish here last week in a useful acclimating mile, just one for 21 in 2015 a concern however

1-Stirling Accord – Veteran has regained his best stride with two straight wins at Monticello & pushes off from the rail here fresh off a blowout

2-Pinstripe Promise – Qualified well, then made a costly early miscue last week, lands an improved post in a very soft field

3-Scottish Blue – Was able to show some improvement in his second qualifier here timed in 1:56, looks for a smooth trip with an inside draw

5-Charmedndangerous – Shipped here & raced deceptively well after a slow starts from post eight, may be trending in the right direction

9-Apricot Sour – One of two Yonkers regulars dropping in class here, this mare has been chasing much better, plus her last two indicate she’s in form

5-Sherkin Hanover – Dropped to the bottom level & responded to a perfect drive by Anthony Napolitano for the upset, threat to repeat despite the move up

2-Cloris Hanover – Beat these by making her late move back on 1-15, chased the surprisingly good Sherkin Hanover last week, steps up with that rival & moves inside

3-Super Classic – Among 16 of 78 trotters to make breaks in their last start on tonight’s card, takes another shot at this bottom class from a better post

9-Capricio Hanover – Stormed home & overcame a pedestrian :58 half to score the huge upset on 1-15, trying to atone for another break from a tougher post

6-Duluth – Gelding tumbled down the class ladder at Yonkers, showing some positive signs in his last two & figures to be forwardly placed

6-Hanrahan – Drops to the bottom rung off a solid second last week with Tetrick, looks like the one to beat in a field of question marks

5-Exquisite Glide – Fresh from a six-month layoff this Tony Alagna tuned gelding qualified with more than enough vigor to contend

3-Ballare Hanover – Came around for Richie Johnson & tripped out with the mile of his life on 1-29, moves inside after getting blitzed in a 1:54.1 mile

2-Not Before Eight – Closed well from an impossible spot & came up just a buck shy last week, worth a swing from an inside post, tonight’s upset pick

8-Gallie Bythe Beach – Runner up in the TVG Final last Fall won her lone qualifier with a mighty surge, lands outside a pretty competitive group

7-Inittowinafortune – Been knocking heads in the Yonkers Open, just missed two starts back, tighter now & loves the Big M

7-Worth The Money AS – Swooped them at this level from a similar post on 1-29 & drops back down for the Bionic Man

8-Danish Durango – Promising 4YO was on quite a form spree before the breaks last out, the 1:54 career best on 1-15 would be enough to handle these

3-Madhatter Blue Chip – Squeaked out a post ten upset here back on 12-18, won again at Yonkers, then broke as a the beaten favorite, can rebound here with an inside draw

2-Montenegro – Nine-time winner in 2015 seemed to be hinting with that solid third on 1-22, class relief & inside post for a sharp barn

1-The Summer Wind – Strong rally to chase the big favorite Gweneeee J in a much-needed start, she has tackled better & moves inside

9-Looney Dune – Sports 14 wins in 2015, comes off a solid tightening mile for Mike Simons & gets enough class relief to make her a threat despite post nine

2-Forever AS – Had a win & a close second coming into last week & inexplicably broke, look for a bounce-back effort from an inside post

3-Hot Summer Knight – Came up with a better effort from the rail as a runner up to the raging Magenta Man, looms a dangerous stalker with a good start here

9-Its Huw You Know – Gelding got off to a great start here for Team Burke, went all the from post nine on 1-29 before the early miscue last week

5-That Woman Hanover – Stablemate to the red-hot Clear View Hanover qualified well behind the class Gallie Bythe Beach, 1:50 winner here last season returns in a wide-open bottom level field

7-Always About Katey – Squandered a perfect second over trip last week, yet did finish in front of Major Dancer, drops again for her fourth start off the bench

4-Major Dancer – Beaten favorite drops to the bottom rung after a needed acclimating trip & draws well

4-Hominy Hill – One of the top 3YOS in Indiana last season, now in the Todd Buter Stable, qualifiers were decent, picks up Tetrick, may be good enough to overhaul these

3-B Yoyo – Brushed to command & came up second best behind Crosbys Clam Bake, nevertheless that was only his third start of 2016, he’s been pretty consistent & draws inside again

8-Crosbys Clam Bake – Took full advantage of the class relief & score decisively with trot at both ends, assigned the outside & figures to be blasting again

8-Valentina De Vie – 1:52.1 winner here last season, note the narrow loss two starts back at Yonkers, lands in a soft finale for Lundell

6-Exotic Beach – Veteran mare has been knocking on the door in her last three, forced too wide last week after chasing the standout Game Of Dreamers

2-Anty Entity – Beat Matt Tin Roof fresh off the bench on 1-15, then got parked & returns off a no-chance mile at Yonkers with favorable draw here
