RACE 1

2-Melmerby Beach – Owns a sparkling 1:47.3 mark here and a 1:47.4 win in 2016, draws inside an intriguing opener fresh off an explosive class drop n pop @ Yonkers

 

1-Sunfire Blue Chip – Classy Takter trainee logically needed his first start off a sick scratch & almost a month away, drops & lands the pole position

 

7-Copper Coast – Hot item at the claim box @ Yonkers where his controlling speed has produced nine wins this season, scored fresh off the Michael Russo acquisition

 

RACE 2

2-Record Machine – Finished a solid second in his Big M debut over a snowy surface, draws inside to trip out against a camera-shy bunch off the needed acclimating trip

 

5-Cuz I’m Happy – Strong runner up in his debut here two starts back, then encountered a nightmare trip in the snow from post nine, big chance to rebound in a wide-open field

 

8-Sneak On Bye – Beaten 3-1 favorite came up third best behind Record Machine with a decent effort from the same tough post, does own eight wins in 24 starts this season

 

RACE 3

6-Americanprimetime – 10-time winner this season with a 1:49 mark here has cycled forward, finished a hard-charging third last week & no stand outs like Tullow N in this one

 

3-Roll Away Joe – Lone win in 19 starts this year came here in 1:50.2, returns fresh off a gutsy narrow loss as the beaten favorite @ Yonkers for Team Burke

 

5-Western Joe – Mixed it up with top sophomores like Downbytheseaside in the Progress Pace, forced wide with a strong second here last week, 3YO with maturing talent

 

RACE 4

7-Lone Wolf Terror – Looking to rebound off a break @ Saratoga, previous Big M debut was superb, just missed with a :26.3 after a quick start from post nine

 

5-Brian J – Just missed to City Hall in a two-horse qualifier in last Saturday’s snow, plummets from N/W 6 @ Yonkers & not much else to get excited about in this match up

 

6-Home James – Caught in never-never land in his second start here, 4YO just one for 16 this season, yet owns speed & Team Harmon is on a roll

 

RACE 5

6-Waiting On A Woman – 9YO scored his 61st career win with a wide rally fresh off the bench & looks poised to step up in a competitive field where a speed set up is imminent

 

7-Southwind Cobra – 3YO Burke trainee has caught fire with three straight blowouts @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & seems to match up well with this sharp group of older foes

 

8-Iron Mine Bucky – Was able to employ his preferred brush n crush style to perfection & victory with Gingras last week, looks ready to handle tougher the post & competition this time

 

RACE 6

4-Jewel Lehigh A – Her form is cycling in the right direction, grinded gamely in the snow & didn’t faded much last week, an ideal acclimating trip for this $122,000 winner this season

 

8-OK Heavenly – Stormed home from far back to just miss again last week, Pelling trainee with eight wins in 2017 has been knocking & may bust it down with the right set up

 

1-Abbijade Hanover – Team Burke stalwart & 1:49.4 winner here this season parlayed a perfect second over trip into a decisive score last week, looks for similar from same tough post

 

RACE 7

4-Tullow N – Made it two-for-two here with a perfect trip & gallant late lunge last week, employs his effective stalking style facing a more serious test & continues to ramp it up for The Mann

 

7-Christen Me N – Arrives fresh off an impressive new mark of 1:49.2 @ Dover Downs, made it three in a row after a sick scratch & had missed over a month, another sharp NZ bred prospect

 

6-Si Semalu – Rock steady gelding with a strong record @ Pocono, highly effective on or near the lead & looms as a prime opportunist

 

RACE 8

5-Iammrbrightside – 7YO took a 1:52.1 mark here in the slop this season, launched a premature move to the top & was barely outsprinted in :26.4 two weeks ago

 

1-JK Will Power – Took charge & held on two starts back, stepped up to this level & couldn’t quite sprint with the top ones last week, back on the rail & remains sharp & classy

 

4-Starznheaven – Arrived her on his toes & nailed the 12-1 upset two starts back, runner up to a razor sharp K-Lees Shakenbake last week, draws better & continues to step up his game

 

RACE 9

3-Rock On the Hill – Put forth a game acclimating mile two starts back, then was too far back from post seven last week, gets some class & post relief & the right stalking trip gives him a chance in a real head scratcher

 

10-Allstar Partner – Classy gelding was able to break out of his slump with a drop n pop air-out mission @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, can overcome post ten with enough movement likely in this very competitive field

 

2-More Dragon – Gelding is rounding into form on the comeback trail, lived up to favoritism with a wide, winning rally last week & draws well for the step up in class

 

RACE 10

1-Yo Cheyenne Rocky – Been struggling against much tougher @ Yonkers & ships in off a sick scratch, but this is a much softer spot for him to trip out & exploit

 

2-Stratocaster – Chased a couple of sharp items in K-Lees Shakenbake & Starznheaven last week, iron horse gets some class & post relief in a real puzzling affair

 

8-Cruzing Hill – Beaten favorite finished a close second by a neck in :27.3 fresh off the claim, bumped up in class & draws outside again, but remains a sharp contender

 

RACE 11

3-Sunshine West – An easy upsetter here back on 11-11, he just crushed N/W 5 stock @ Harrah’s Philadelphia & draws well here to capitalize on that sharp form

 

5-Trading Up – Has looked like a brand new horse dominating two-for-two elsewhere since the sick scratches, arrives in career form & poised to step up

 

4-Cardiac Fashion – Draws inside fresh off back-to-back narrow losses in his first two starts for Team Burke & continues to tap into that improving form

 

RACE 12

6-Sir Machalot – Gelding has been holding own against $50,000 claimers @ Yonkers, this is a significant class drop & anther live shipper for Team Harmon

 

1-Mister Truth – Big M horse-for-the-course has come around, was a solid second last week, remains at reduced level & moves inside, impossible to dismiss

 

10-Chip Walther – Raced against the likes of Downbytheseaside this Fall, forced to tackle N/W 8 @ Yonkers recently, chance to spark something if he can somehow overcome post ten
